Care instructions are provided on the label of each garment. We generally recommend following these instructions precisely to maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase. For knitwear and delicate items, hand washing or dry cleaning is often advised.

Yes, absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact support@skuggor.com immediately. We’ll do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
SHIPPING
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, the estimated delivery time for USPS Standard Shipping is 3–7 business days — so you can expect your order to arrive within 4–10 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
While Skuggor is not liable for items damaged or lost by the carrier, we are here to help. Please contact support@skuggor.com immediately, and we’ll assist in filing a USPS claim.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Returns are accepted for unused products in original packaging with tags.
To start a return, email support@skuggor.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send full instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval, back to your original payment method.
No, we never charge restocking fees on returns.
